Terms & Conditions:

The photo competition is for guests of Round the Woods glamping, Norfolk who have stayed between 2021 and 2023. The photographs that will be considered for the prizes must be of the experience at Round the Woods and can be with or without people. They can depict any part of the Round the Woods experience - the accommodation, nature, guests enjoying themselves, our facilities or site. 

The photos need to be of high resolution quality, ideally 2MB or greater and must be submitted as jpeg or PNG files to be entered into the competition. Up to 10 photos can be submitted per form - please complete another form to submit additional photos. By submitting photos for the competition you give your permission for the photos to be used for promotional purposes for Round the Woods on social media, online and in print. Please include any credits required on the competition form. All photos must be submitted by 31st December 2023.

All photos will be judged by Kate Symonds and Seb Burns in January 2024 and the winning photos (1st & 2nd place) will be announced through our emails and social media channels and the winners will be contacted by email to claim the prize.
